[OracleAppsBlog - A day in the life of an Oracle Applications Consultant] Jason was the first person I shared a beer with and although hes not a blogger it was still interesting to talk to him about his Wine business (especially since I come from Southern Africa and thats where they import some of their wines from). Hugh Macleod Kevin Anderson - Reporter/Producer, BBC News - I had the pleasure of chatting with him over my meal.

[Andy Budd::Blogography] London Geek Dinner: and Francois Jordaan from wheel, both of whom convinced me that I need to get to more events in London. [Plasticbag.org] plasticbag.org is a weblog: I used to go to media screenings of things quite a lot when I was writing film reviews for the BBC and working at Time Out, but it's been a while and I'd forgotten quite how lovely they are. The screens are always a good size, the film is never covered in scratches and you get little nibbly bits beforehand (mmm houmous).
