[Relativetheoryrecords.com] blog: I really dug the Brown Fellinis and they carried a lot of the same styles, but Dead Kenny G's had more of that thing where you say "oooohh shit! That's how Jesus was born!" Be sure to check them out as each member is an accomplished solo artist and pay attention to Station 2 as they bring some great taste to this area.
[Advancedtheory.blogspot.com] advanced theory blog: June 2005: Blogs or no, there will always be lucky bands who get heard by someone who is influential, but I don't think there will be a replacement anytime soon for working really hard for a really long time at being a band. Of course, that doesn't mean you should send your music to Music for Robots, but you should also be lining up a Monday night gig at that club that lets anyone play and having parties at your practice space.
