Spam Generated Content

[Archived in Entry]

[BigSnit Blog] Today I decided to do something productive with all that spam. I’ve got at least 4-thousand emails filtered away, the spoils of the last couple of months of spam.

Some related posts from Technorati and Google.

[baseblog] Bush and the Magic Door: What a coward´s move there Steve Jobs, I submit you would have stirred up the entire ringtone market for sure, but you missed that opportunity. Ringtone market in Europe has always been a big cash cow for mobile service providers, kids paying up to 3 Euro for one single ringtone.

[Kmblog.com] KMBlog :: Knowledge Management Blog: silassewell writes to tell us The New York Times is reporting that the "volume of information harvested from telecommunication data and voice networks, without court-approved warrants, is much larger than the White House has acknowledged." The NSA gained the cooperation of many American telecommunication companies after 9/11 to access streams of communication, both domestic and international, as a part of a presidentially approved program to hunt for evidence of terrorist activity.

[Irish.typepad.com] IrishEyes: Best Practise: MSNBC -- In an example of "spam creep," both President Bush and John Kerry are sending mass quantities of "animated direct mail .to millions of rank-and-file."¹ They spin the spam as "a high-tech political showdown that combines the targeting power of direct mail with the glossy appearance of a television commercial." The MSNBC article² amazes John Walkenbach³ who observes, "this article does not even contain one instance of the word spam.

Squishedfrog.comhttp://www.squishedfrog.com [Squishedfrog.com] Squished Frog Productions: A trifle bit more Xmas shopping, but mostly that's done, so the evening will be spent wrapping presents just like last Saturday was (we watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, definitely in the running for the least needed remake of all time, at least until this new Winnie the Pooh with the female version of Christopher Robin was announced by Disney this week...)

Tabletpcs.weblogsinc.com[Tabletpcs.weblogsinc.com] Generate a Gmail signature graphic - The Tablet PCs Weblog ...: Three styles are available (this is the .Please keep your comments relevant to this blog entry: inappropriate or .

Blogs.guardian.co.ukhttp://blogs.guardian.co.uk [Blogs.guardian.co.uk] Introducing the vote-o-matic version 2.0 from Observer Blog: There haven't been any Dan Rather moments. (That said, we also predicted that blogs would provide better, faster, wittier commentary than most mainstream media and be plagiarised shamelessly for their pains, and we haven't been wrong in that respect either.)
